I build programs that move.

Seven years turning a competitive athletics facility into a thriving business — programs built from zero, teams developed, and revenue that shows up in the numbers. That operator's discipline travels to any team worth building.

Flip Class Program

Built a flagship program from scratch — concept, curriculum, pricing, and operations — and scaled it across three revenue models.

Enrollments
3
Revenue models
  • Identified an unserved demand: members and non-members wanting structured flip and trick progressions outside standard classes.
  • Designed the curriculum, safety standards, and coach requirements, then trained staff to deliver it consistently.
  • Tested and iterated three revenue models — drop-in, series enrollment, and membership add-on — to find the mix that maximized both access and margin.
  • Owned the full P&L view: pricing, coach payroll, capacity planning, and enrollment pacing.

Membership Funnel & Retention

Rebuilt how trials convert and how members stick — the two numbers that decide whether a facility grows or churns.

Members
  • Mapped the full member journey from first inquiry to six-month mark and identified where drop-off happened.
  • Standardized the trial experience so every prospective member got a consistent, high-touch first visit.
  • Built follow-up and check-in rhythms for coaches, tying retention to relationships rather than just scheduling.
  • Tracked conversion and retention as operating metrics, not afterthoughts — and managed the team to them.

Coaching Team & Athlete Development

Led and developed a team of 10+ coaches — and coached athletes to the highest levels of the sport.

Athlete coached
  • Hired, trained, and scheduled a coaching staff of 10+, building development pathways so coaches grew instead of burning out.
  • Coached the youngest-ever member of Team USA parkour and a Sport Parkour League World Championships competitor.
  • Set the standard for safety, progression, and class quality across 600+ members' weekly experience.
  • Translated athlete-development thinking into staff development: clear progressions, honest feedback, earned autonomy.

Competitive Athletics

I don't just run the operations side of sport — I compete. Movement is the through-line of everything I do.

Recommendation
  • The setup: FOXF fell from its highs after a post-pandemic inventory correction across OEM and aftermarket channels, plus a debt-funded $559M acquisition of Marucci Sports that pushed annual interest expense from under $10M to roughly $58M — wiping out most of GAAP operating income.
  • The groundwork: Dissected the full 10-K (segments, customer concentration, geographic mix, risk factors) and analyzed the Q3 2025 earnings call for management tone, segment commentary, and capital allocation priorities.
  • The model: Converted GAAP net income to NOPAT to separate operating performance from financing effects, then projected free cash flow over 10 years — revenue growth starting at 5.5% and tapering to ~3% at the terminal period to reflect recovery, then normalization.
  • The discount rate: Calculated beta of 1.48 from five years of FOXF vs. S&P 500 monthly returns, ran it through CAPM, and weighted against the actual capital structure (~47% equity / 53% debt) for a WACC of 8.98%.
  • The call: Enterprise value less net debt yields an intrinsic value of $59.65 per share against a $16.37 market price. Thesis: the market is pricing cyclical, leverage-driven weakness as permanent. The core business, brand, and OEM relationships are intact — strong buy on a long-term horizon.

The Line

In parkour, a line is your route through the obstacles. Here's mine.

2019 · The Start

Coach @ Sessions Academy of Movement

Started on the floor, coaching kids and adults through their first vaults and their first competitions. Learned the business from the place every good operator should: face to face with the members.

About

The person behind the numbers

I'm Benjamin Chadda — an operations and program development leader who came up through sport. Over seven years at Sessions Academy of Movement, a competitive parkour facility in San José, I went from coaching classes to running the operation: programs, people, and P&L.

What I care about is the space where culture meets real business discipline. Great programs — in any industry — don't survive on passion alone. They survive on conversion rates, retention, people development, and pricing that works. I've spent my career proving both sides can win at once, and those fundamentals travel.

I hold a B.S. in Business Administration with a Finance concentration from San José State University, which means I talk about programs in terms of unit economics and contribution margin, not just vibes.

Outside of work I'm a competitive parkour athlete with regional and national qualifier placements, and a former competitive swimmer, diver, and water polo player. Parkour gave me my working philosophy: failure is progression. You bail, you adjust, you take the line again.

Let's take the next line together.

Seven years of building programs, leading teams, and owning the numbers — ready to put to work on my next team. If you're building something worth building, I'd love to talk.
